During the Battle Phase (Quick Effect): You can target 1 “Windwitch” monster you control; Special Summon 1 monster from your hand with a Level less than or equal to that monster, but it cannot attack this turn. You can only use each effect of “Windwitch – Winter Bell” once per turn.
