If a monster is Special Summoned from the GY, or a monster effect is activated in the GY (except during the Damage Step): You can target 1 other face-up monster on the field; change its ATK to 0, and if you do, negate its effects. You can use this effect of “Yuki-Onna, the Absolute Zero Mayakashi” up to twice per turn.
