Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Overview

At Dontoshi, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of Yu-Gi-Oh! card singles, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to address your concerns. Please review the following guidelines to understand our procedures for refunds, exchanges, and handling gifts.

2. Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
    • The items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as when you received them.
  2. Refund Process:

    • To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and the reason for the return.
    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  3. Non-Refundable Items:

    • Items that have been used or damaged by the buyer.
    • Any item not in its original condition.
    • Sale items are not eligible for refunds; only regular-priced items may be refunded.

3. Exchanges

    • To initiate an exchange, send us an email with your order details and the reason for the exchange.
    • Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
    • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will send out the replacement item if possible.

    • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

4. Gifts

  1. Gift Refunds:

    • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  2. Gift Exchanges:

    • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

5. How to Return Your Item

  1. Return Shipping Address:

    • To return your product, please mail it to our address. To find out where we are, send us a WhatsApp.
  2. Shipping Instructions:

    • Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
    • Include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase with the return.
  3. Shipping Costs:

    • You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
